Re: Interest from Parking Reserve (Coun. Froese)

THAT the interest from the Parking Reserve account be used to support the priorities outlined in the Downtown Local Area Plan; and

THAT City Administration create terms of reference for choosing these priorities in consultation with the Downtown Moose Jaw Business Association, Heritage Advisory Committee, and any other stakeholders.

b.

Re: Regional Transportation Study (Coun. Froese)

THAT City Administration explore the opportunity to have a Regional Transportation Study conducted by Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure in partnership with the R.M. of Moose Jaw and bring a report back to Council.
